While taking advantage of a new content management system, we have been busy updating our members-only portals to offer you a more comprehensive range of tools and features. Our goal? To provide you with the information and resources you need to do your job more efficiently. On this page, you will find info on what’s changed, why, and what steps you will need to take when the new Members Only site goes live.

Enhanced User Experience

To keep up to date with Ariel's current brand standards, we have redesigned the portals with new visuals and enhanced UI elements.

We have also learned from our users – working alongside cross-departmental teams to audit, reorganize, and implement changes to both content and tools. This restructuring of content makes it easier to: find what you need, perform a task, and educate yourself with information more than ever before.

You'll also find a few new features, such as:

• Optimized search and filtering
• Bookmarking
• A-Z index

Standardized Technical Documentation

All technical documentation (including Engineering References and Customer Technical Bulletins) has been optimized to improve usability and relocated to a centralized technical resources portal.

Maintenance and repair manual sections are now updated into topics for an easy-to-follow guide for maintaining your Ariel compressor.

Flexible Security

User authentication and authorization have been migrated to a more flexible platform, enabling a consistent login experience, single sign-on functionality, and seamless integration into all of Ariel's digital offerings.

Critical Tools and Business Features

While some critical tools may have been optimized, as a user, you will be able to perform the same tasks that you do now without a learning curve. The functionality of these tools has not changed, but there may be some other areas of business that are affected.

What Else Does This Change Affect?

Your members-only password will no longer be valid after December 3rd, 2022, for the following software & apps.

• Desktop Apps: Ariel7
• Web & Mobile Apps: Ariel Training Videos, Ariel Fleet Manager

You will receive an email from Ariel with login instructions. It will be as easy as typing in your email, clicking a button, and typing in your desired password. We've done the heavy lifting and moved your account to our new system.

Here is what you need to do as an Ariel Member

On or before December 3rd, you will receive an email asking you to change your Ariel Members Only password. This one-time change will apply to all Ariel Members Only tools you access.
